Guests reach the property via a tree lines avenue. Inside, there are plenty of original features including chestnut beams and terracotta tiles. As you enter the villa, there is a large living room, furnished with plenty of comfortable sofas, an Italian billiards table and telescope. Also on this floor is a small but well equipped kitchen, Doors lead straight from this room to a terrace. Also on this floor is a double bedroom enjoying views across to the hilltop town of Civitella. There is a bathroom for guests staying in this room.
An external set of stairs leads to an airy loggia. From here guests enter the upper floor of the property. There is an original farmhouse kitchen on this floor with an antique dining table, open fireplace and plenty of modern kitchen equipment for keen chefs. There is also a pretty living room on this floor which enjoys wonderful views from it's windows. There is also a double bedroom on this floor as well as a twin bedroom. Both these rooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with shower. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Outside, the property has a private swimming pool (10m x 5m) set within grounds of over 2 acres. Much of this land is covered with olive trees and vineyards however closer to the pool area is a lovely flower garden. There is even a fridge by the pool to ensure that guests always have a bottle of chilled bubbly on hand! An old arched barn provides shaded parking.
