Villa Le Tornaie
The property is set around a lovely courtyard area. The latter is a great space with table and chairs for al fresco dining and BBQ for those who like to cook outdoors.
The main part of the villa is accesses via an external set of large stone stairs leading from this courtyard area. Immediately on entering the property, there is a large open plan dining and living area with large table, sofa and grand piano. To the right of this room are 2 doors, one leading to a separate smaller living area and another to a kitchen. This is equipped with 5 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer. To the left of the main dining and living area there are two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower. Another double bedroom with ensuite is set to the right of the main living space.
Back outside but still on the first floor, a stunning door leads through to a separate dependence, with living room, bathroom and bedroom. This is a large space and additional beds can be added into the living area to create a second bedroom if guests prefer. It is an ideal space for a family with children.
Downstairs and with entrances leading directly from the courtyard there are 2 other dependences. The first has a living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second also has a living area, bedroom and bathroom. Please note that the bedroom in the second of these is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase though and, as such, would be unsuitable for the young or elderly.
The property is simply but tastefully furnished throughout. Staff are on hand nearby if guests need any assistance during their stay and extra services can also be provided on request. Please ask for more details.
The property boasts a large private swimming pool (9 x 6 metres). In addition, there is a large relaxation area, equipped with sauna, turkish bath, whirlpool for 6 people, fully equipped gym (treadmill, exercise bike, bench and weights), a spacious aerobics area and bathroom with shower. This is a fantastic space and could even work for organised groups looking to enjoy a yoga retreat or other health break. There are also plans to create a petanque court for 2016 as well as plans to add a table tennis table for guests to enjoy.
The property has an underfloor heating and cooling system throughout but is not air conditioned.

Rates include linen and towels but exclude heating costs which are applied from 1 November to 30 April each year. Electricity use up to 500KW is included in the rental price. Any consumption over this amount will be charged on departure according to usage at a rate of 0.45 euros per KW. Heating is charged at 5.5 euros per cubic metre. Linen and final cleaning is also included in the price. Please note that guests booking the villa with us will also receive a VIP gift of a selection of products from the estate, a free wine tasting and cellar visit and additional 2 hours of complimentary cleaning during their stay. For those arriving with pets, your dogs will not be forgotten either and a complimentary pet treat will also be made available on arrival.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates. The balance of rental payment is due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment methods include credit or debit card, direct bank transfer or PayPal. Payment can be made in GBP or euros. Please ask for more details.
