This prestigious villa was completely renovated approximately 10 years ago and is furnished with some wonderful antiques and furniture. Guests enter the property through a large entrance hall. Passing through the hall, guests will reach the drawing room adjacent to a large open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped. Doors lead from the dining room to a terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. On this floor there is also a small study which can also be used as a single bedrom, a shower room, a separate bathroom with sink and toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, there is another sitting room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and another bedroom with small double bed. These bedrooms share 3 bathrooms.
Outside, there is a lovely terrace lying adjacent to the rose garden and lemon groves. The views of Siena from this terrace are simply superb. The grounds of the property are spacious and also include a private chapel. The swimming pool is oval shaped.
There are shops and restaurants within a short drive of the property. It is even possible for guests to walk the 2 kilometres to the historic centre of of the city. However, for those who prefer to save their legs, it is also possible to take the bus.
