Historic villa in Tuscany
Inside the property is full of original antiques and pieces of furniture dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. On the ground floor there is a large living area, billiard room and music room. Up an impressive flight of stairs adorned with paintings of past generations of the current owners, guests will come to the first floor. Here, there is a large dining room, perfect for celebrating a special occasion. There are also 3 luxurious double bedrooms, all with original four poster beds. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom and two of the three bedrooms also have their own drawing rooms. There is a separate library.
Please note that due to the nature of the property, it is not suitable for children under 14 years old. However, there are apartments within the grounds of the estate where families with children are extremely welcome to stay.

The rental price excludes a local tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person up to a maximum of 3 nights. This is paid locally on arrival.
Check in time is strictly after 4 p.m. and check out not later than 10 a.m. Any extra hours stay will be charged in accordance with the rental fee charged. On arrival guests are required to provide their passports or identity cards in accordance with the local laws however these will be returned after check in.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates. The balance of rental payment is due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment methods include credit or debit card, direct bank transfer or PayPal. Payment can be made in GBP or euros. Please ask for more details.
