Col Di Forche
Col Di Forche is set in the Toscana region and is perched on a hillside 5.5 kilometres from the village of Monterchi, which has supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. In the summer there are free outdoor concerts at the Madonna del Parto.
It is set in a spacious garden, surrounded by elm, oak and chestnut trees and benefits from 20 acres of surrounding hillside offering easy walks. In addition to the swimming pool, which measures 6 x 12 metres, there is a barbecue area and a beautiful fireplace. Parking is available at the property. There is also a fully equipped laundry room.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a very modern kitchen, a dining room and an adjoining shady terrace with a table for al-fresco dining. There are two bedrooms, one of which is a twin with an en-suite shower and one is a double with an en-suite bathroom with bath.
Upstairs there is a loggia, a lounge, a library and two large double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bath).
