It also boasts a dining table seating four where you can enjoy a spot breakfast or an evening meal together. The furnishings are tasteful throughout and a Bang and Olufson stereo system with MP3 connection is provided for guests use. The lviing room has an open fireplace adding real character to the room. It also has a comfortable sofa bed and armchair. The bedroom is tastefully fiurnished with a wrought iron bed (180 x 200 cm) with comfortable mattresses and beautiful antique wardrobe and sideboard. The adjacent bathroom is built into the rock and boasts a spacious shower, WC, bidet and travertine washbasin. Overall, the interior measures 55 square metres.
Outside, there is a large panoramic terrace equipped with teak garden table, chairs and parasol. It enjoys views over the Chianti hills and towards the nearby village of Moncioni. It's the perfect spot to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine!
Guests are very welcome to make the most of the on site swimming pool (13 m x 5m). This is shared with the residents of the 6 other apartments on the estate. For those looking to have a night off cooking, every few days, the owners offer the option of dining at the property and enjoying a traditional Tuscan menu. Guests are also welcome to buy the produce grown and produced on the estate including their delicious olive oil.
The property is just a 10 minute walk from the nearby village of Moncioni which boasts a small village store. For those wishing to explore the wider region, Florence is just 45 km away, Arezzo just 35 km and Siena 60km. The smaller towns of Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, San Gimignano and Montalcino are also easily accessible from the apartment. The nearest train station should guests wish to use public transport to get out and about is at Montevarchi, 8km away. For fashion lovers, the 'Space' factory outlet is a short drive away as is 'The Mall'. Both offer the opportunity to buy designer brands at discount prices. Other activities available locally include golf, mountain biking and tennis. Of course, it's also great countryside for keen walkers.
Please note that access to the estate is via an unpaved road which is not suitable for certain sports cars.

Rates include electricity, water and heating when applicable. Linen and towels are provide free of charge. If additional towels are required, these can be provided for an additional charge of 5 euros per person. Similarly, extra linen can be provided for 10 euros per person. Dogs are welcome however there is an additional charge of 10 euros per day.
