To the front of the villa is a wonderful swimming pool and terrace area. Palm trees surround the pool and plenty of parasols and loungers are provided for guests to use. There is also a formal outdoor table and chairs so that guests can enjoy dining al fresco, making the most of the outdoor BBQ area on offer. The area enjoys stunning sea views over the rooftops of Santa Maria il Bagno.
Inside, the living area certainly has a wow factor! As you walk in, the space feels light and airy but your eyes are immediately drawn to a fantastic Jacuzzi area. This is positioned in front of a feature window allowing you to sit in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the wonderful sea views. The side wall has been designed with a clever 'wave effect' and there is coloured LED lighting to bring real flair to the space. There is also a wall mounted TV in case guests would prefer to catch up on the news whilst soaking in the Jacuzzi!
The living and dining area is a calm and stylish space with cream leather and linen sofas and armchairs arranged around a large Samsung wall mounted TV. A large mirror on the back wall of the room reflects the amazing views that the room enjoys to the front of the property thanks to the feature windows which again look out over the pool towards the sea. There is a large wooden dining table with eight contrasting white chairs, whilst the kitchen has a central island with white bar stools as well as white units. The kitchen is well equipped with small wine fridge, 4 ring gas hob and oven. There is another wall mounted TV in this room. A bathroom with WC and sink also leads from the living room.
In total the property has five bedrooms, four of which have double beds whilst the last bedroom has two single beds arranged at right angles to each other. Two of the double rooms have ensuite shower rooms, one of which is more traditional in design whilst the other has used green, white and red tiling to create the effect of the Italian flag. The other three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one of which has striking square floor tiles and contrasting white sanitary ware whilst the other has green tiles. All the double bedrooms are spacious and stylish. Two have lovely double beds with large white headboards whilst another has a beautiful four poster bed. This room also has a desk, offering the perfect spot to catch up on emails.

Please note that for arrivals after 9 p.m. there is a charge of 30 euros. Rates include linen and towels but exclude a weekly cleaning fee of 150 euros. A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival but is returned in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates with the balance of rental payment due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in GBP or euros. Payment methods include credit / debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Additional fees may apply. Please ask for more details.
Please note that, when applicable, heating will be paid based on consumption.
The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year.
