The Rosa Marina resort is an exclusive, gated living area. This is a much sought after place to live in Puglia and everything guests could need is situated within the resort, from a pharmacist to a butcher, from a supermarket to tennis courts and from cocktail bars and restaurants to an evening disco. For those with children, there is even a playground with swings and slides. Golf buggies and a 'tourist train' operate in the Summer months and wind their way around the narrow streets to collect residents to take them to other parts of the resort. However, the streets are extremely safe and guests can easily walk or cycle around the resort should you wish to hire bikes.
The interior is modern with an open plan feel. Guests enter the property into an extremely modern living room. This has a striking white sofa across two walls of the room. A feature wall light mirrors the light of the moon and the room almost has a lunar feel to it. There is a second living area at the rear of the property. This has an extremely long and beautiful wooden table as well as contemporary seating and stunning old church benches. The kitchen is located in between these two rooms. This has pale green units and is equipped with an extremely large fridge / freezer, oven, 5 ring gas hob, coffee machine and large sink.
There are double beds in each of the three spacious bedrooms, some of which can be split into twin beds if you prefer. All bedrooms enjoy direct access to the outside area. The master bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom with 'his and her' sinks whilst the remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own style. For example, the first has a sports theme whilst the second has an Anglo-American theme. There is another shower room in the garden area, ideal for those who like to shower after swimming or who simply want to cool off during the day.
Outside, there is a kidney shaped swimming pool (approx 11m x 4m) surrounded by a grassed area and mature trees, providing privacy from neighbouring properties. Plenty of loungers are provided. There are two covered verandas within the gardens, one with more comfortable sofa style seating whilst the other has a more formal dining table and chairs more suitable for al fresco dining. Both have ceiling fans. There is another terrace at the rear of the property with bar table and stools. A gas BBQ is also provided for you to use.
Please note that there is also an additional small bedroom accessed externally. This has bunk beds, a small kitchenette area and bathroom. It is ideal for anyone bringing a nanny or housekeeper with them.
The property enjoys easy access to the beach with a shuttle bus regularly running to the coast and is also within easy reach of amenities including shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest restaurant is situated on the beach and is renowned for its excellent fish dishes. For those booking a table here, the restaurant will come and collect you however it is only 3 minutes walk away.

A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival but is returned in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates with the balance of rental payment due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in GBP or euros. Payment methods include credit / debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Additional fees may apply. Please ask for more details.
