The property is shaped like the letter 'L' and has 2 main structures, linked by a covered terrace. Guests enter the property into an open plan living and kitchen area. A bamboo partitian cleverly separates the living area from the kitchen, allowing guests to keep those dirty dishes out of sight! The kitchen is extremely well equipped with espresso machine, oven, gas hob, toaster, large fridge and dishwasher. A central island provides a great space to eat meals or enjoy each others company. It is stylish and modern with marble worktops and sliding glass doors hiding wooden shelves behind. Full length patio doors fill the whole length of the kitchen wall and lead to a covered terrace with large outdoor dining table and chairs seating 10.
The living room itself is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs.
The first three bedrooms lead off the hallway that leads from the living room. These are all double bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms can be directly connected to another making it ideal for families with young children.
The remaining two bedroom suites are in a second building which is directly accessed from the courtyard. These are stunning bedroom suites with bathrooms with bath tubs.
There are smooth polished cement floors throughout.
The property is situated near the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve and is close to numerous Blue Flag awarded beaches with their natural coves and crystal clear waters. It's possible to hire bikes and reach the coast on 2 wheels! Those that enjoy fine dining can enjoy lunch or dinner at the nearby exclusive Relais Masseria Caselli restaurant, whilst there are numerous little cafes and restaurants in Specchiolla as well as additional beaches and boat tours.
There are secure electric gates at the entrance to the property and the gardens are completely fenced ensuring absolute privacy for guests. For added security, there is an alarm and CCTV system.
