The interior of the property measures 150 square metres and is accessed via a private road.
There is a well equipped kitchen and dining area with grill, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and large fridge / freezer. This is a handmade kitchen and is of high quality with a traditional country feel to it. An archway leads from this room into the living area. This has a small wall mounted TV. The villa also has three double bedrooms, one of which can be arranged as a twin room if you prefer. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, both with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The floors are traditional tiled floors, which whilst slightly old fashioned, are in good condition. These probably give the property a more traditional feel than some of the furnishings would suggest.
Outside, there is a newly built pool to enjoy (8m x 5m) set within well-maintained gardens. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. A spacious verandah overlooks the gardens and has a BBQ for guests to use.
A separate building within the garden is a washroom, housing a washing machine.
There is ample parking for a number of cars.

Rates include linen and towels but exclude a final cleaning fee of 250 euros per week. Additional linen and towels can be provided but this is an extra charge. A 1000 euro security deposit must be paid locally on arrival and is refunded after departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. Guests arriving after 9 p.m. will be required to pay a late arrival fee of 30 euros.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates. The balance of rental payment is due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by credit / debit card, PayPal or by bank transfer. Payment is possible in either GBP or euros.
