Villa Il Fragno
The villa sleeps up to 2 people. Guests enter into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is set on the right hand side of the room and is well equipped with fridge, hob, oven and dishwasher whilst to the other side of the room is a living area with sofa arranged at right angles to a large fireplace. A step takes you into a double bedroom with brand new ensuite bathroom with large shower. There is a TV in the bedroom if you fancy a lazy morning in bed! There is also a second bathroom in the villa.
The trullo opposite also boasts a living area. This has a small sofa with TV unit opposite. This room also has a snug area with stone benches built along the walls around a large fireplace. A step leads down from the living room to a beautiful double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a second bedroom on the other side of the living room. Please note, that as this trullo only has one bathroom, guests staying in the second bedroom will need to access the bathroom via the first bedroom.
The decor throughout both properties has been really cleverly designed. Thanks to high quality modern reproductions, everything from the wardrobes to the lighting switches show real care, thought and attention to detail and the result is a beautiful and welcoming space to stay. The style is both traditional and modern and this eclectic mix of styles has created a stunning and relaxing home.
The outside space is even more impressive. Set to the rear of the trullo is a stunning pool area, surrounded by sleek terraces on all sides and with raised seating area with comfortable bean bags. The pool also has a built in jacuzzi corner with hydromassage. There is also a covered pergola furnished with outdoor table and chairs, and adjacent to this is a superb outdoor kitchen. This is equipped with pizza oven, BBQ and stove. Outdoor speakers allow guests to listen to music around the pool which can be streamed via spotify. There is an outdoor bathroom with shower.
The property also boasts a vegetable garden and guests are welcome to help themselves to any seasonal produce on offer.
The property is situated in an elevated position up a long straight driveway. Whilst there is some traffic noise that comes up from the main road, this is not a busy road and it should certainly not be of any concern to guests.

The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. Please note that for arrivals after 9 p.m. there is a charge of 30 euros. Rates include linen and towels but exclude a weekly cleaning fee of 150 euros. A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival but is returned in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates with the balance of rental payment due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in GBP or euros. Payment methods include credit / debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Additional fees may apply. Please ask for more details.
Please note that, when applicable, heating will be paid based on consumption.
