Inside there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with beautiful barrelled ceilings adding character and charm. The kitchen space is small well equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine and hob. Please note that there is no oven within the kitchen area however there is a fantastic outside BBQ area which more than makes up for it! This outdoor kitchen is a great area with sink, gas hob and BBQ. Close by, and dependent on the time of year, there is an abundance of produce to enjoy from the vegetable garden.
Back indoors, the kitchen also boasts a large fridge / freezer as well as a separate smaller fridge which serves as an ideal drinks cooler. The living area has large comfortable cream leather sofas and 'shabby chic' style furnishings. There is a large wall mounted TV. The villa has 3 bedrooms, all of which have double beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, all equipped with showers. The master bedroom has doors leading out onto a covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as more comfortable relaxed seating from which to enjoy a pre dinner drink.
The villa is air conditioned throughout and has mosquito nets at all the windows.
Please note that the owners live within a separate trulli within the grounds of the estate. This trulli is located approximately 50 metres from the pool area. Whilst the owners are on site, they have their own entrance, parking and seating areas so that you can still enjoy privacy. However the pool itself is shared with the owners and, whilst they are, of course, respectful of your privacy, we can not guarantee that you will have sole use of the pool during your holiday. The pool is large and is surrounded with sun beds for you to use whilst the owners have also designed it to ensure that there are plenty of pleasant shady spots nearby too. The pool depth is approximately 1.6 metres - 2 metres.

Rates include linen and towels but exclude a weekly cleaning and laundry fee of 150 euros. If guests wish additional changes of linen and towels this is an additional charge to be payable locally. Rates also exclude heating when required. A security deposit of 1000 euros is payable locally on arrival but is refunded after your departure upon the property being left in satsifactory condition. A 30 euro late arrival fee is applicable for all arrivals after 9 p.m.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates with the balance of rental payment due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in GBP or euros. Payment methods include credit / debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Additional fees may apply. Please ask for more details.
