This property comprises two identical 3 bedroom villas. Each villa is set over 2 levels. On the ground floor, there is a spectacular open plan kitchen, living and dining room, with doors leading out to the gardens and pool area. The kitchen is sleek and stylish with white kitchen units, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine and juicer. There is a round table seating four as well as another larger rectangular table seating six. A comfortable corner sofa is arranged around a modern fireplace and wall mounted TV. Hidden wall units open up to reveal a row of champagne glasses and champagne bucket, perfect for celebrating your holiday. A selection of books in German, French and English are arranged on attractive floor to ceiling shelving units. Also on this floor is a WC along with a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer. Bikes can also be stored here should guests wish to hire bikes during their stay.
A flight of stairs takes guests up to the three bedrooms, all furnished in a contemporary style and all boasting an ensuite bathroom. The largest of the bedrooms has a kingsize bed, whilst the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the last bedroom a French 3/4 size bed. Two of the ensuite bathrooms have shower, sink, bidet and toilet, whilst the last bathroom also has a luxurious roll top bath tub and separate shower. This room also boasts a separate dressing area. Fluffy white bathrobes and comfortable slippers are provided for your stay along with a selection of toiletries.
The furnishings are modern and contemporary and of an extremely high standard. This really is an immaculately presented, high end property offering a stunning base for your holiday in Puglia. Chairs also hang in the trees, the perfect spot to sit curled up with a book, or to enjoy an afternoon snooze.

Rates include linen and towels but exclude a weekly cleaning fee of 150 euros. If guests wish additional changes of linen and towels this is an additional charge to be payable locally. Rates also exclude heating when required. A security deposit of 2000 euros is payable locally on arrival but is refunded after your departure upon the property being left in satsifactory condition.
