Inside, there is a good sized open plan living and dining area. Straight away guests will be struck by the beautiful vaulted ceilings which feature throughout the property. A wall mounted TV sits at right angles to two comfortable sofas. A extendable table for up to 8 guests provides the perfect spot to eat indoors. The room is equipped with surround sound ideal for those who enjoy listening to music.
All the bedrooms lead off from this room as do both bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds whilst the fourth bedroom has twin beds. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage space in fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is also equipped with a desk for those that have work or study to do during their trip. Two of the bedrooms boast a wall mounted fireplace. Both bathrooms are equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and jacuzzi shower.
The kitchen also leads from the living area. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, hob and fridge. A separate utility room houses a washing machine. The kitchen enjoys direct access to the garden and terrace area where there is a circular wooden table sat underneath a covered pergola. This is just one of several covered areas within the grounds of the property.
All the villa's windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters.
Outside, there is a private pool positioned to the rear of the villa to ensure maximum privacy. The rectangular part of the pool is 1 metre in depth, whilst this slopes down to a maximum depth of 1.7 metres within the kidney shaped part of the pool. Loungers are positioned around the pool on a tiled terrace area. As well as the covered pergola is furnished with comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs around a central coffee table providing some welcome shade and there is also a long rectangular table under an adjacent pergola which is perfect for al fresco dining. There is a charcoal BBQ for guests to use.
The villa is situated just 5 minutes from San Vito dei Normanni and San Michele. It is ideally positioned close to all amenities.

The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. Please note that for arrivals after 9 p.m. there is a charge of 30 euros. Rates include linen and towels but exclude a weekly cleaning fee of 150 euros. A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival but is returned in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates with the balance of rental payment due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in GBP or euros. Payment methods include credit / debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Please ask for more details.
Please note that, when applicable, heating will be paid based on consumption.
