The interior of this property is stunning. As you enter the property, you come into a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is an amazing space. A table naturally follows on from the long central worktop on which is positioned a 5 ring gas hob. The kitchen also boasts an oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, toaster and large fridge / freezer. Grey units contrast with the brightly coloured seating and red lighting which hangs down over the work surface. The living area has two maroon coloured sofas facing each other as well as comfortable armchairs. Wall shelves hold plenty of interesting books. Please note that the property does not have a TV.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are positioned along the corridor situated to the left of this living space. Each bedroom is similarly furnished but with different accent colours to distinguish one from another. There are mosquito nets above all the beds. Each bedroom has it's own shower room.
Doors slide back from the kitchen and living area to a beautiful terrace area which looks down over the pool. This has polished concrete floors and is furnished with both dining table and chairs as well as more relaxed sofa seating. There is a BBQ for al fresco dining.
For those travelling with children, guests have the reassurance that the pool area is fully fenced and gated. It is a gorgeous area with a shallow area at one end, ideal for little ones. It is surrounded by a spacious stone terrace and beautiful planting. Two mature olive trees beautifully contrast against the contemporary metal pergola which is positioned at one end of the pool area providing shade. The rest of the gardens are landscaped.
A table tennis table is provided.
There are contemporary electric metal gates allowing access to the grounds of the estate. The design of these gates mirrors the gates and pergola at the pool area. There is plenty of parking on site for several cars. The house is situated a no through road so the location is quiet and peaceful. White gravel paths lead from the parking area to the villa and pool.
The property is just a short drive from Ostuni and just 3 km from the nearest bar and restaurant. It's also only 7 km drive to the nearest beaches.

The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. Please note that for arrivals after 9 p.m. there is a charge of 30 euros. Rates include linen and towels but exclude a weekly cleaning fee of 150 euros. A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival but is returned in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates with the balance of rental payment due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in GBP or euros. Payment methods include credit / debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Please ask for more details.
