The property is hidden behind secure electric entrance gates and as you drive in, you can not fail to be impressed by the setting. The outside space is stunning. There is a large terrace with contemporary 'wood effect' tiles that sits alongside beautifully kept lawns. Perfectly presented flower beds line the pool area and there are mature olive trees cleverly lit at night. For al fresco dining, a stone table and benches are positioned under a large covered pergola. And for those that enjoy cooking, guests are welcome to help themselves to the fresh seasonal produce in the garden's vegetable patch. The large private swimming pool has steps leading into it and also incorporates an area with hydro-jets so that guests to enjoy a relaxing Jacuzzi.
Inside, there is a cosy living area with sofa, working fireplace and wall mounted TV. A dining table with contrasting cream and grey chairs seats six comfortably. To the left of this room is a modern kitchen with sleek wall units. It has been extremely well equipped with Hotpoint fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. A beautiful wooden shelf provides useful work and storage space.
To the right of the living area, there is a hallway. All three bedrooms lead off this hall. The first room on the left is a good-sized bathroom with WC, sink, bidet and shower (with both handheld shower attachment and large overhead shower unit). A beautiful bedroom with white vaulted ceilings sits opposite this room. This bedroom has a large white double bed, two fitted wardrobes and side tables. It also boasts a small ensuite shower room.
As you move towards the end of the hallway, there is another double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space as well as a twin bedroom. A bedside table separates the two single beds in this room and, again, there is a wardrobe for clothes storage.
The property has grey polished concrete floors throughout and the overall feel is contemporary and stylish. There is under floor heating throughout for those staying in the Winter months whilst for those staying in the hotter Summer months, the property is equipped with a modern cooling system.
The trullo is set in a quiet residential area however, whilst there are other villas in the vicinity, guests should not be overlooked as the property sits in a slightly elevated position. The gravel driveway has ample parking for three cars.
