It is arranged around a central living area. This area has a corner sofa with benches as well as a dining table seating six. A contemporary, square shaped kitchen leads off this area. This is small but has everything guests could need including a very large fridge / freezer, Gaggia coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven and hob. The units are extremely tasteful and it's a great space for any budding cook!
To the left and right of the lounge via a large arched door on either side are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed whilst the other has twin beds. Both rooms are small but provide a comfortable and relaxing space to sleep. Cupboard space has been rather ingeniously built into the archway providing ample space for guests to store clothing and suitcases. There is a third double bedroom on the other side of the living room. This boasts an ensuite bathroom with corner shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is also a second shower room in the property. The walls are painted white throughout and this colour scheme, combined with the amazing ceilings, create a soothing and calming place to spend your holiday.
Outside, the gardens are absolutely immaculate. Extensive lawns at the front of the property are dotted with mature olive and cypress trees whilst at the rear there is a swimming pool set within manicured lawned gardens, beautifully lit at night. The pool measures 10 x 5 metres and is between 1.3 metres and 2.10 metres deep. Vines grow up a covered pergola set to the side of the villa. This is furnished with table and chairs as well as more relaxed style wicker sofa and chairs. There is a BBQ as well as pizza oven for al fresco dining. Wall lights provide plenty of light even late into the evening.
It is a great property for families with plenty of space outside for younger ones to play. It's also only 5 minutes drive from the nearest beaches and within walking distance of the Masseria Caselli. This is a star hotel with excellent restaurant. There is also a 9 hole golf course here.
The property has an air conditioning unit in the central living space which serves the entire property.

The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. Please note that for arrivals after 9 p.m. there is a charge of 30 euros. Rates include linen and towels but exclude a weekly cleaning fee of 150 euros. A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival but is returned in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates with the balance of rental payment due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in GBP or euros. Payment methods include credit / debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Additional fees may apply. Please ask for more details.
