This stunning luxury 4 bedroom villa sleeping up to 8 people is the perfect choice for those looking for a relaxing holiday but at the same time interested in discovering the best this region has to offer. Its location halfway from the seaside on the East and the mountains on the West is at the heart of Le Marche's hilly countryside.
The villa is decorated in a chic and minimalist style, while the outside is more traditional and perfectly fits in the countryside location. On the back of the property is a wide garden with a big swimming pool, which is, without doubt, one of the features that make the villa so special. The pool is 31 metres long and has a swimming lane as well as a bubble generator on the side. Around the pool there are plenty of sun beds and even a small artificial beach area perfect for children! A stone path leads to the outbuilding where there is a bathroom with a shower and in front of it is a wide area that could serve as a tennis court. The entrance to the house from the garden is through a stone porch equipped with a big table and garden furniture, the perfect place for relaxing and reading or eating outside while enjoying some breath taking views over the surrounding countryside. The wide and bright living room is an open space with three sofas and a fireplace incorporated in a column structure in the centre of the room. A glass wall separates it from a smaller area with a piano and games for children, while to the side of the living room is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with a direct entrance from the porch. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room and a bathroom with a large shower. From the living room a staircase leads to the first floor. Here there is a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. Perfect for a relaxing evening, the jacuzzi is equipped with a chromo therapy shower and a waterfall feature. On the same floor there are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with 'his and her' sinks, a large shower and a hydromassage bathtub. The last room on this floor is a bedroom with a single bed, a French bed (1.20 cm) and a cot. The villa has an underfloor heating and cooling system that allows guests to choose the perfect temperature for them. The entire property area is fenced and it is equipped with an alarm system.
The house is in a hidden paradise surrounded by the hills of Le Marche, not far from important cultural towns and picturesque villages as well as fashion outlets and the seaside nightlife. Just a 10-minute drive away is the picturesque town of Fossombrone, famous for its Corte Alta (the Renaissance palace that overlooks the historic centre) and the main road Corso Garibaldi with its arcades. Urbino, one of the early Renaissance's capitals and Raphael's birthplace is 30 minutes away, while Cartoceto, the charming hilltop village famous for its olive oil is just 20 minutes away. Towards the West are the Appennine mountains and the famous Furlo Gorge, an ideal place for those who love trekking, while towards the East is the coastline and the towns of Fano and Pesaro, two of the main Le Marche's beach resorts during the Summer.
A note from Jo
This is the best swimming pool we've ever seen, offering solutions for all family members. Whether you're a keen swimmer wanting to swim length after length, or whether you're the youngest member of the family just finding your water wings, it is extremely cleverly divided to ensure that everyone is catered for.
