This charming villa is made up of a main building and an adjacent independent wing, making it a perfect solution for couples or families spending their holiday together but looking for some privacy at the same time.
The access to the main villa is through a wide, traditional stone porch, where guests can relax and eat outside while enjoying the views. Once inside the villa, you will find a dining room and living room, separated by a staircase leading to the first floor. Also on the ground floor is a bright kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, all furnished in keeping with the decor in the rest of the villa. There are another two bathrooms with showers on this floor as well.
The independent wing has three smaller intimate rooms all on the same floor, all furnished in the same shabby chic style that is a feature of this property. The wing is accessed from the garden. As you enter, you come into a bright open plan living room and kitchen with a big television on the right wall and a double sofa bed. This room leads through to a small bathroom with shower and from here four steps lead to a double bedroom.
Outside there is plenty of space to sunbathe or for children to play, and a big garden with a stone path leading to the pool. Here guests can relax under the parasol and enjoy the waterfall and hydromassage unit, while staring at the amazing view over the Natural Park Sasso Simone e Simoncello and Le Marche's hilly countryside. For all foodie lovers and for those who would like to cook on holiday, there is also a built in barbecue and a wood oven in the garden, perfect for an al fresco dinner whilst enjoying the cooling Summer breeze.
The villa's location is perfect for exploring Le Marche's charming hilltop villages. Cagli, Urbania and Mercatello sul Metauro, some of the most beautiful villages of the region, are not far from the house and the villa is just a 20 minute drive from Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Raphael's birthplace and one of the great capitals of the Italian Renaissance. The spactacular Furlo Gorge and Acqualagna, the capital of truffles, are just a 10 minute drive away, while guests can reach Le Marche's coastline and the town of Fano in just half an hour.
