Guests enter the property into a bright and airy living, dining and kitchen area. This is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and glass dining table with seating for six in grey leather chairs. There is a wooden bureau providing storage for cutlery and crockery. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with oven, 4 ring gas hob and fridge with freezer compartment.
Sliding glass doors lead from the living area to a lovely grey-tiled terrace area furnished with table and chairs and enjoying absolutely stunning lake views. An outside fireplace is a lovely additional feature. There is further outdoor space to the side of the property where private gardens provide space for guests to sunbathe and relax.
To the rear of the property are two bedrooms. One overlooks the gardens to the side of the property whilst the other has windows facing the gardens to the rear. A brand new, contemporary bathroom sits between the 2 bedrooms, equipped with shower, sink and toilet.
Downstairs, there is a laundry room with washing machine.
Please note that access to the property is via a number of steps and is therefore unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.

Rates include linen and towels but exclude a final cleaning fee. Please note that linen and towels are not changed as standard however if you would like additional linen or towels, this can be provided at a rate of 15 euros per person per week. Pets are welcome but are charged at an additional 5 euros per day. Between 15 October and 30 March each year, there is an additional charge of 20 euros per day for heating if required.
