The property has private off street parking. The parking area is several feet above the lake level. A door from the parking area leads to the first floor. The property is set over two levels with the majority of the living and bedroom space currently arranged on the first floor area. This first floor space houses a kitchen, living and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has been tastefully furnished with colourful throws and cushions, creating a welcoming space to retire to at night. The main bathroom was refurbished in 2015 so that it offered guests a walk in shower.

Rates exclude a 150 euro final cleaning and management fee payable locally on arrival. Linen and towels are included in the rental price. Guests may also moor a boat at the property for an additional fee of 25 euros per day. Guests must provide dimensions of the boat before we can confirm a mooring.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates. The balance of rental payment is due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment methods include credit or debit card, direct bank transfer or PayPal. Payment can be made in GBP or euros. Please ask for more details.
