Inside, the property has been completely renovated and furnished to an extremely high standard in a modern, contemporary style. Set over two levels, it enjoys stunning 180 degree views of the lake. On the ground floor, there is a spacious master bedroom suite with separate living area and large double bed positioned to make the most of the spectacular views. This room is equipped with A/C. An adjacent bathroom has large walk in shower, bidet, sink and toilet. Doors lead from the bedroom to the terrace and a lawned garden area, equipped with outdoor furniture. Also on this floor is a utility area with washing machine. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom with both bath tub and separate shower. These bedrooms are both equipped with fans. The windows of these rooms are also equipped with grills and insect nets so if the weather is warm, guests can keep the windows open to ensure that a lovely breeze can come through. Also on this floor is a kitchen area and generous proportioned open plan living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with 6 ring gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and freezer whilst the adjacent living area has floor to ceiling glass to make the most of the fantastic lake views. Doors lead out from here to a wooden terrace area.
A separate dependence is home to a private gym, bathroom and open plan living, dining and kitchen area, ideal for when you are lounging by the poolside in the Summer months.
The setting is quiet and peaceful and truly idyllic. Outside, the grounds are immaculately kept. A wonderful private pool enjoys a large adjacent terrace area equipped with both loungers and formal seating, ideal for al fresco dining. Paths lead down from here to the terraced gardens, laid with lawns and planted with mature trees, vines and shrubs. Guests can even walk down through the garden to Suna which is a picturesque lakeside village with several excellent restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. The walk does take around 20 minutes. Suna also boasts tennis courts and, for those with children, there is a playpark. There is also an excellent supermarket just a couple of minutes drive from the property.
There is plenty of space for 2 cars within the gated driveway and a turning circle allows for easy entry and exit.
