Inside, there is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with sleek white units and has been kitted out with Miele appliances including a Meile 4 ring hob, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer. The living area is furnished with a large corner sofa and a dining table and chairs seating four guests.
Two sets of doors lead out onto a stylish terrace which enjoys views of the harbour at Laveno. The terrace is furnished with both dining table and chairs as well as comfortable loungers.
To the other side of the apartment are two good sized bedrooms. One has a kingsize bed whilst the other can be made up with either 2 single beds or a kingsize bed. This room also has it's own small terrace area whilst the master bedroom enjoys a walk in wardrobe area and ensuite shower room. It also has a wall mounted TV.
There is also a second bathroom in the property. Like the ensuite, this bathroom is contemporary with grey tiles, large sink, WC and shower.
The overall feel is stylish and contemporary.
This apartment also had an added bonus of it's own private roof terrace. Internal steps lead up from the apartment to this area, again furnished with loungers, table and chairs and enjoying the same wonderful views of the boats in the harbour at Laveno and across the waters of Lake Maggiore.
Guests staying at the property also have the option of paying a daily fee to enjoy hotel services during their stay. This includes a daily breakfast and housekeeping service as well as access to the facilities at a nearby hotel including a heated rooftop pool and relaxation area. If guests prefer, the nearest beaches are just a short drive away at Calde.
Please note that there is the possibilty that building works will take place near to the property during the 2018 season. At the moment, we have no date for these works to take place and it is not 100% confirmed that they will definitely happen. However, should works be in place, guests have the option of cancelling and would receive a full refund should they wish to cancel their booking.

Rates include linen and towels but exclude a final cleaning and laundry fee of 100 euros. If guests would like to enjoy use of the hotel facilities along with the daily cleaning and housekeeping service, the rates are 75 euros per day for 2 people or 95 euros per day based on 4 people staying at the property. Otherwise, access to the wellness area is 25 euros per person per day.
If guests would like to use the garage during their stay, this is charged at an extra 9 euros per day payable locally on arrival.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates. The balance is due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in GBP or euros. Payment options include direct bank transfer or credit / debit card. Please ask for more details.
