The property measures over 180 square metres and is large and spacious. The property has been furnished in an elegant style in keeping with the character and age of the property.
Guests staying at the property enjoy substantial living space comprising a large open plan living and dining room as well as a kitchen. This is a very traditional style kitchen with lots of character. The owner has provided a Nespresso coffee machine for guests to use. The kitchen has doors leading off to an internal courtyard, equipped with table and chairs. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total, all of which were new for the 2011 season. The master bedroom has its own dressing area and ensuite bathroom. Doors also lead from the master bedroom to the terrace, equipped with loungers and a coffee table. This terrace enjoys stunning lajke views. A second bedroom also has balcony access. One bathroom is beautifully furnished in a traditional style with his and her sinks, large shower, bidet and toilet. The second bathroom is also equipped with a shower whilst the third bathroom has the advantage of also having a bath for long, lazy soaks in the tub! The bedrooms can all be prepared according to the guests needs, either as large doubles or as twin rooms. One of the bedrooms also has an additional bed, ideal for a child. A travel cot can also be provided if required.
Outside, the property shares a garden with one other apartment. There is a BBQ available for guests use as well as loungers and outdoor chairs. The garden is set into the hillside and so enjoys magnificent lake views.
Guests should note that the streets of the old town are too narrow to allow cars access to the property. However, there is a free public car park just 200 metres from the property. Incidentally there is a restaurant here too - Ristorante Pozzo. Guests also have the option of renting a garage with the property if required. Please ask for further details.

There is an additional final cleaning fee of £150. Otherwise, the rental rates are all inclusive. Linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels. Additional maid service can be provided on request.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates. The balance of rental payment is due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment methods include credit or debit card, direct bank transfer or PayPal. Payment can be made in GBP or euros. Please ask for more details.
