The apartment is on the third floor of the building and boasts an enormous terrace enjoying views of the lake. This enjoys 360 degree views with the lake to the front and mountains to the rear.
Inside, the apartment is just as spacious. There is a well equipped kitchen with built in ovens, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A central island doubles up as a fantastic breakfast bar area with 4 bar stools whilst an adjacent circular table seats another four and provides an alternative seating area for younger children or the more elderly. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine behind the kitchen. On the other side the kitchen moves through to a lovely open plan living and dining area. A large corner sofa is arranged around a TV whilst a dining table is positioned to make the most of the floor to ceiling windows so you can dine whilst making the most of the phenomenal lake views. Doors lead out from these living areas to the terrace.
In total there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is extremely spacious with kingsize bed and an adjacent living area with chaise longue enjoying stunning lake views thanks to the floor to ceiling windows and glass roof. It also boasts a good sized ensuite bathroom. There is also another double bedroom as well as two smaller single bedrooms, ideal for children.
Overall the interior decor is stunning.... contemporary yet warm and welcoming with clever use of colour and lighting to add ambience to the room.
The property enjoys direct lift access and is therefore a great option for wheelchair users.

The rental rates exclude a final cleaning and laundry fee of 210 euros which includes all linen and towels. Pool towels are not included. Otherwise, rental rates are all inclusive.
