Inside, a large corner sofa provides more relaxed seating and is positioned to make the most of the incredible lake and mountain views through the floor to ceiling windows. There is a flatscreen TV and BOSE music system. The state of the art fitted kitchen has sleek white units and is equipped with a breakfast bar seating four, built in Miele ovens, coffee machine, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and hob.
Moving through the property, there are three good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and boasts an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds whilst the third bedroom has a large single bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have plenty of built in storage space.
The property has been furnished to a high standard throughout in a contemporary style.
The views from the property are simply breathtaking and can be enjoyed from two good sized terraces. The first leads from the living room and is equipped with formal table and chairs. The second terrace is accessed via external stairs and has more comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs as well as loungers for lazy days in the sunshine. A large parasol provides shade when required.
The apartment is within walking distance of the centre of the bustling lakeside town of Como. The walk into town takes around 10 minutes or it's a couple of minutes drive by car. For those that have a car with them, secure parking is available in the garage located below the apartment building. Access to the apartment is via stairs or a lift.
