Guests enter the property into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This has windows looking out over the lake road to the beautiful Lake Maggiore. There is a sofa bed in this room if required. Moving through the apartment, there are three bedrooms, all of which can be arranged as twin or double rooms. One of the bedrooms enjoys the lake views to the front whilst the other bedrooms face the rear of the property.
Outside, the property has a private garden area to the rear of the apartment equipped with table and chairs. Across the road from the apartment is a small beach area with private steps down where guests can sunbathe and enjoy a refreshing swim in the beautifully clear lake waters.
Please note that the apartment is situated directly on the main lake road and so some traffic noise may be heard in the property when the windows are open.
