Inside, the property measures approximately 200 square metres. On the ground floor, there is a large living room. The room is elegantly furnished with two comfortable sofas and chairs as well as some antique pieces. The floor is paved with original handmade majolica tiles, giving you a feeling of entering a real bygone era. The kitchen leads off the living area. This is well equipped with a 4 ring gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric oven. A table seats six. French doors lead from the kitchen to the patio and gardens.
Double doors from the living room also lead to the garden. A large window also allows guests relaxing in this room to enjoy views of the immaculately kept garden outside.
The garden is 500 square metres in size and is well equipped with plenty of wicker sofas, chairs and tables, perfect for al fresco dining. A porch provides some shade for those wanting to escape the heat of the midday sun. There is also a large terrace at the property measuring a further 300 square metres. This is also equipped with tables, chairs and parasols and enjoys a lovely view of the gardens below as well as a partial sea view. There is also a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor equipped with toilet, shower and washbasin.
There is a lift taking you to the first floor of the property. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms all with kingsize beds and all with ensuite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are also equipped with satellite TV, safe and mini fridge. The first bedroom has lovely views of the garden. It's ensuite bathroom has shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom also has garden views but the ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath rather than shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have doors out to the terrace with plenty of seating and sea views. Each ensuite is equipped with a shower, basin and toilet. Hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms.
Prices are based on 10 sharing the property. For groups of 12 people, it is possible to increase the sleeping capacity of the property. Please ask for more details.
A car is not necessary during your stay at the property since public transportation is within walking distance. However, for those guests that do have a car, there is private parking just 400 metres from the property.

The rental price includes final cleaning, linens, towels and electricity up to 150KW per week. Towels and linen will be changed free of charge mid week. Electricity usage over 150KW per week will be charged according to consumption EUR 8/KW.
