The property is set over 2 levels. On the ground floor is a large entrance hall with open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a TV and DVD player set in front of a large white corner sofa and comfortable armchair. A dining area has a sleek white table seating 8 and blends in with the kitchen which is similarly sleek and contemporary with white units and contrasting worktops. Doors lead to the terrace and gardens. There is also a bedroom on this floor with double bed (140cm x 200cm) and ensuite shower room as well as a separate WC.
Upstairs, there are 3 further bedrooms, all of which have double beds. The master bedroom on this floor actually has a waterbed ensuring a fantastic nights sleep. These 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with both shower and bath tub.
The decor is modern and contemporary throughout.
Outside, the property has a private, heated swimming pool (5m x 10m) open from April to October each year, with lawns on either side and plenty of loungers for lazy days in the sun. A pool house has a shower and WC. There is also a large outdoor table seating up to 8 guests, set under a large covered terrace. There is off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Due to the elevated position of the property, it enjoys superb views over the village of Bedoin and Mont Ventoux.
Please note that the property has electric shutters throughout.
The property is on the outskirts of the village of Bedoin. It is possible to walk into the local village, however, you will need to hire a car during your stay to make the most of your trip and for ease of access. The property is a semi detached villa however you are not overlooked. The owners live in the adjacent property and are on hand to help with anything you should need during your stay. However, rest assured, they are extremely discreet and will not disturb you if you are not in need of anything.

Rates include linen, towels and final cleaning fees. A 1000 euro security deposit must be paid locally on arrival but this is refunded in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
A 30% deposit is required on booking. The balance of rental payment is due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in either GBP or euros. Payment methods include direct bank transfer, PayPal or debit / credit card. Please ask for more details.
