Maison Coucourelle








Maison Coucourelle is a 5 bedroom villa, built in 2005. The villa sleeps up to 9 guests and enjoys a large garden with heated private pool. It is situated just 6 km South of Avignon and 11 km North of the town of St Remy-de-Provence.

Inside, the property measures approximately 300 square metres and is set over 2 levels. The interior decor is simple but both modern and comfortable.

On the ground floor is an extremely spacious open plan living and dining area measuring 120 square metres. This boasts a flat screen TV, stereo system and DVD player. Orange sofas are arranged around a central coffee table. Doors lead from here to the terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen sits adjacent to this room. This is a good sized room with central wooden table. It is equipped with oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge / freezer. There are also 2 bedrooms on this floor, one with single bed and the other with double bed (160cm x 200cm). These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower as well as a separate WC.

Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms. Both of these can be made up as either twin or double rooms. Both also have ensuite shower rooms and both have a separate WC. Both bedrooms are also equipped with TVs and one also has a DVD player.

The last bedroom is accessed from the outside of the property. This is a double bedroom with shower room and separate WC. A TV is provided in this room for guests' enjoyment.

Outside, the garden is fully fenced. There is a heated pool (open from 15 March to 1 November each year). This measures 15 metres x 5 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. An outdoor shower is provided. For those with children, there is a table tennis table. A large terrace is partly covered to provide a break from the heat of the sun. There is plenty of outdoor seating, and a BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. There is a garage on site, large enough to accommodate 2 vehicles. Four bicycles are also provided for you to enjoy.

Guests are also welcome to use the communal facilities on the site including a children's play area. There are also spacious grounds to enjoy outside the private garden that the property enjoys.

Please note that there is another property within the 2.5 hectare estate. This has a separate entrance and can also be rented if additional accommodation is required. Please refer to BFY14978 for more details. There are also other properties at the entrance to the park, one of which is occupied by the caretaker of this villa.

The nearest shops and restaurants are a couple of kilometres from the villa. We do recommend that you hire a car to make the most of your stay.

Rates include linen and towels. For those staying for 2 weeks or more, we will provide a free cleaning service mid way through your stay. A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival but refunded in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.

A 30% deposit is required on booking. The balance of rental payment is due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in either GBP or euros. Payment methods include direct bank transfer, PayPal or debit / credit card. Please ask for more details.
