Outside a large terrace leads from the living area and master bedroom which leads onto a good sized private garden, mostly laid with lawn but with mature shrubs and trees ensuring privacy for guests. A footpath leads from the garden gate to the sea, an 800 metre walk that takes about 2 minutes. The nearest shops including a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are just 500 metres away and the nearest restaurants and bars just 300 metres away.
Guests also enjoy use of a large communal pool, surrounded by loungers.
The property was refurbiushed across the Winter of 2016 / 2017 so everything was brand new for the 2017 season.
