Inside, guests enter the property into a contemporary living area, complete with stylish bar at one end. Comfortable white leather sofas face a central fireplace and there is a large flatscreen TV with SKY satellite channels, surround sound and Wii games console, perfect to keep all family members entertained. There are also 3D glasses available for guests use. At the far end, the bar area is stunning. Both sparkling and still mineral water are available on tap and the owner kindly leaves a selection of spirits for guests to enjoy during their stay. For those preferring something non alcoholic, there is also a coffee machine here. Just to the rear of the bar is a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
Up a flight of stairs is an open plan kitchen and dining area as well as a WC with toilet and sink. The kitchen has sleek, white units and boasts a central island with bar stools. It is well equipped with large fridge and freezer, 5 ring hob and dishwasher. An adjacent dining area has a large white table with contrasting purple chairs, large enough to seat up to 12 guests. The purple accent colour is also echoed elsewhere in the room giving it a real feeling of warmth. Clearly a wine lover, there is a separate wine fridge for guests with separate compartments for red and white wine. There is also a large 50 inch flatscreen TV in this area. Doors lead from the dining area to a large terrace enjoying views of the sea and looking down over the pool area. There is a second smaller terrace on the other side of the dining area looking over a private internal courtyard.
Another set of stairs leads from the ground floor down to a lower ground level. There are three bedrooms on this floor - two double and one twin. The master bedroom is a stylish space with designer lighting adding mood and ambience to the space. A large flatscreen TV is positioned on the wall opposite the kingsize bed. Doors lead from the master bedroom to the bathroom but the bathroom also has a door direct to the corridor. The bathroom is spacious with sunken jacuzzi bath, his and her sinks, bidet and toilet whilst huge windows let light in to the area. The twin bedroom is a lovely room with doors leading to a central courtyard. On the other side of this courtyard and enjoying access via a long hallway is the third bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. A ceiling window brings in plenty of natural light as do the sliding doors leading to the internal courtyard.
This courtyard is a charming space. Comfortable seating and loungers have been positioned here, whilst for the more active, there is also an exercise bike and weights machine creating a fantastic outside gym for guests to enjoy.
There is also a utility area on this floor with washing machine as well as a wine cellar. This is the perfect spot for any wine enthusiast. The owner has left a selection of wine for guests to try during their stay. The wine is clearly priced and must be paid for on departure.
This is an extremely stylish and welcoming property. Even the staircase is stylish with exposed stone walls contrasting with sleek wooden stair treads. It enjoys intercom throughout.
Outside, there is a fantastic salt water swimming pool with diving board at one end and hot hydrojets and seating at the other. Long enough for swimming lengths but with relaxation areas for those who prefer a more sedate pace on holiday, it's a pool that will please all the members of the family! The pool is surrounded by tiling whilst a narrow area of wooden decking provides an attractive contrast. A covered terrace sits adjacent to the pool area and is equipped with table and chairs for 10, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a BBQ. There is plenty of parking on site for 2-3 cars behind sliding electric gates.
Located just 3 km from the coast, it's a great option for those looking to make the most of the Puglian beaches during their holiday. The proximity to the coast does also ensure that the villa gets the refreshing sea breezes. The nearest shops and restaurants are just 2.5 kilometres away.

Rates include linen and towels and air conditioning. If guests wish additional changes of linen and towels this is an additional charge to be payable locally. This is payable locally on departure based on consumption. Rates also exclude a final cleaning and laundry fee of 366 euros per week. Arrivals after 9 p.m. will be charged a late arrival fee of 30 euros.

A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival which is returned in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
