Inside, the apartment has two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom as well as a living room and modern kitchen and dining area.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have a luxurious feel. The first has doors leading to the garden area and boasts a four poster bed. The other bedroom has a king sized bed, antique wardrobes and original stone floors. Both bedrooms have large TV units hidden within the wardrobe space so as not to spoil the beauty of the room. Fluffy white bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests' use. Please note that whilst the ensuite bathroom for the second property is equipped with just WC, bidet and sink whilst the second bathroom also has a shower.
The kitchen is an amazing space with long contemporary central island over which modern lighting hangs down from an antique ladder. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring gas hob and electric oven as well as a dishwasher, table and chairs and sofa. Overall, the style is an eclectic mix of old and new. This fusion of styles works incredibly well and creates an absolutely unique space.
Outside, the apartment enjoys it's own private terrace. However, the property forms part of a Masseria and so guests also enjoy use of extensive communal grounds. There are well manicured lawns with mature trees between which a couple of hammocks provide the perfect spot for a siesta after lunch!
Guests also enjoy use of the large communal pool. This is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. The outside space is simply beautiful... so many wonderful touches that have created a truly relaxing space in which to switch off and unwind. For those with children, there is a lovely play area with slides, swing and climbing apparatus. This a great opportunity for those with children to meet some new playmates! And there are plenty of areas to sit and relax, whether it's on one of the luxurious loungers that surround the pool, in the shade under the pergola adorned with vines or in the wicker seats hanging under the trees. Guests are welcome to help themselves to the delicious produce grown within the fruit and vegetables garden on site. There are plenty of fruit trees including figs and lemons as well as a number of vegetable and salad beds. There is even a small farm on site with miniature pot belly pig, rabbits, goats and chickens. And again, guests are welcome to simply help themselves to any freshly laid eggs.
For those that enjoy cooking, you won't find a better spot to enjoy the wonderful produce that this region offers, and in order to cook it, you also have use of the communal outdoor kitchen area with pizza oven and BBQ in addition to the stunning kitchen within your apartment. Or why not take advantage of the chef service that we can provide so that you can put your feet up and relax?!!
Finally, there is a massage room where individuals or couples can enjoy a massage. The owners have plans to provide full spa facilities from 2018 onwards.
This truly is an idyllic setting for any stay in Puglia... a return to nature in the most luxurious of settings. In fact, the property feels much more like a five star hotel than a self catering apartment. Rooms are cleaned daily and a transfer service to and from the airport and into the local town of Polignano can also be provided should you wish not to hire a car during your stay.
The nearest restaurant is just 3 km drive away and the nearest beaches just 6 km away. Polignano al Mare is a lovely base for your holiday in Puglia, boasting some excellent Blue Flag beaches as well as a host of wonderful restaurants, many of which specialise, perhaps not surprisingly, in the superb seafood that the Puglian coast offers.

Rates include linen and towels but exclude a weekly cleaning fee of 150 euros. If guests wish additional changes of linen and towels this is an additional charge to be payable locally. A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival which is returned in full after your departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
Please note that for arrivals after 9 p.m. there is a charge of 30 euros.
The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to reserve the dates with the balance of rental payment due 9 weeks before arrival. Payment is possible in GBP or euros. Payment methods include credit / debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer. Additional fees may apply. Please ask for more details.
